North River Village, where making a home for you or your loved one is our first priority. North River Village is an active retirement community where seniors enjoy life, dignity, choice and independence.
North River Village is a uniquely designed community offering a home-like atmosphere along with personal services developed to meet the special needs of seniors. Our Village is located on a beautiful eleven (11) acre campus near medical, business and shopping services.

Because we understand a residents needs may change over time, North River Village accommodates a variety of lifestyles and activity levels by offering both Assisted Living Units and Garden Apartments.
Unlike many retirement communities, North River Village does not require any financial buy-in to become a resident of the community. Other than standard deposits, seniors do not have to invest any of their money in the community to become a resident. For convenience, residents/sponsors are invoiced for rents due the first of each month.
Our community gives residents and their families peace of mind, comfort, personal service and safety. Above all, we strive to insure that each resident of North River Village is active, engaged and enjoying life.

North River Village is a licensed retirement community located in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. It is operated by North River Village, LLC, an Alabama not-for-profit organization.
