We are a multi-therapy room, multi-therapist facility offering therapeutic massage for Relaxation, Stress Management, Fibromyalgia, Acute or Chronic Pain, Muscular injury and rehab, Plantar Fascitis and General Health. Our services are available for men and women of all ages. We also work with adolescents with parental consent.
Now offering Reiki and Stress Reduction Therapy.
We offer Integrated Massage which utilizes Swedish, Deep Tissue, NMT, Trigger Point, and Stretching to achieve your desired results. We also offer Couples Massage, Hot Stone Massage, PreNatal Massage, Hand Massage and Foot Massage and Thai Massage .
Are you active, training for a sporting event? Come in for a sports massage. Our experienced therapists will work with you regardless your sport, to enhance your training, recover after an event or in preparation for an event. Pulled a muscle or just sore, we can help.

Located in Birmingham, Alabama in Rocky Ridge Plaza in the Rocky Ridge Business District. Convenient to Birminghan, Vestavia Hills, Cahaba Heights, Hoover, Riverchase, Mountain Brook, Birmingham, Liberty Park, and Homewood. We also have professionals who offer structural integration, and yoga, pilates, and body sculpturing in the same location for your convenience.
