"Veils of Color" has been called a modern version of "Driving Miss Daisy". "Veils" was screened at the Black Film Festival in Montgomery, Alabama on August 29, 2009. It was also screened at the International Black Film Festival in Nashville, Tennessee on October 2, 2009.
"Veils" was written and directed by new filmmaker Jurian Isabelle and introduces Angela Whitt as Catherine and Jurian Isabelle as Jurian. Also starring are Derek Carter, Kevin "KT" Thomas, Douglas Washington, Kathy Shea, Carolyn Lewis, Tammy Salazar-White and Ashley Brody Vaughn.
