All of our food is prepared and cooked right here in our restaurant. Every piece of meat is hand-rubbed with our top secret blend of seasonings. After preparations are complete, the meat is loaded into our custom-made smoker and smoked with hardwood for a l-o-o-o-o-n-g time. Believe us, it can do some smoking. We can cook about 700 pounds of Boston butts, or 600 pounds of ribs, or 800 pounds of chicken...at one time!! That is why our barbeque is so unique. If you really think you need sauce, we make that as well. Sweet, Tangy, or Fire in the Hole, it's your choice.
Available from 10:30 a.m. until 2 p.m. Includes beans and slaw or potato salad and white bread. Chips may be substituted for one of the above.
