Patients who have LASIK with a friend or family member save $600 per eye off of our regular fees! That's up to $2,400 per pair!!
Promotion Rules and Regulations:
1. Promotional pricing will be given after both patients have had LASIK surgery. If one patient undergoes surgery before the other, the first patient will pay full price and will receive a refund after the 2nd patient has undergone surgery.
2. If one patient in the pair is not a LASIK candidate and elects another refractive surgical procedure, the patient will receive a 25% discount on the surgeon's portion of the fee for the alternate procedure. Discounts will not be applied to lens fees, surgical facility fees, or anesthesia fees.
3. Special pricing cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts (vision plan, professional or family member discounts).
4. Special pricing is not eligible for use with No-Interest financing plans. Extended financing options are available, and interest is payable by the patient.
5. At least one patient in the pair must have a procedure completed during the promotion dates. The 2nd patient must have surgery completed no later than January 15, 2011.
6. All surgery fees must be paid before the surgical procedure is performed.
