Sims & Neff, L.L.C. is a law firm which practices in a broad base of local, regional, and federal concerns. Although a vast majority of our practice is focused on Automobile & Trucking Accidents, and Criminal Defense, we do practice in many other areas of the legal field such as Workers Compensation, Personal Injury, Insurance Claims, and Civil Litigation.

Sims & Neff is located in the heart of downtown Tuscaloosa, Alabama just three blocks from the Tuscaloosa County Courthouse and six blocks from the Tuscaloosa Federal Courthous.

Although located Tuscaloosa, we do practice in the surrounding counties including Bibb, Dallas, Greene, Pickens, Hale, Fayette, Marion, Perry, Sumter, and Marengo counties, as well as the Southern, Northern, and Middle Districts of the Federal court system in Alabama, and the Eleventh Circuit.

We are committed to listening to our clients, discussing their business or personal needs, and advising in a straightforward manner. We are available to travel to meet with clients and our clients appreciate that we keep them informed of the progress of the work we do on their behalf.
