Our mission here at Stewart Roofing is to be the best at overall performance as a roofing contractor. There are many aspects of being the best. We start out by putting the customer first above our needs. It is our goal to be timely in first contact via email or phone, to the initial estimate. We strive to keep all scheduled appointments. Your time is valuable and by my thoughts if you can’t trust us to be on time or call ahead if running late or reschedule if needed you can’t trust us to work on your home. And we do try our best at scheduling the work to begin and this is one area that is the hardest because we do receive a lot of referrals we stay busy year round, and it is hard to schedule around rain, extreme cold 40 degrees or below,(this is very important)extreme heat, and unseen delays do to rotten wood or additions to contracts.Our owners, estimators, repair crews, supervisors and installers go through multiple training programs each year to keep up with changes in the construction industry. We also do not use nail guns to install shingles we hand nail every roof we put on unless otherwise specified from customers. We have our own crews each job and do not bring in outside subcontractors, this gives us control of the people that are on the jobs. We also do back ground checks as well as drug test’s on a ongoing process. If we are allowed to do your job we have multiple check point as the work is being performed. A inspector will come by once the job has been completed and a satisfaction survey will be sent to your home after we the job has been completed. We offer some of the best warranties in the business because we take pride in our work and stand behind it 100%. We also transfer warranties when the home is sold. Many of these things really set us apart as one of the best in the business and we will strive to improve on a daily basis.
