Looking for Professional Appraisal or Home Inspection services? My name is Jeff and I would be honored to work with you. Horton Appraisal & Inspection has been in business since 1985. I have been performing Home Inspections since 1995 making us the oldest Home Inspection firm in Marshall county.
I would be pleased to help you protect your investment by conducting an inspection for you. As a home inspector I am not involved in the emotions of purchasing a new home. My fee is not contingent on whether or not the sale goes through. I work for you looking out for your best interests. I am able to take an objective look at the house without my emotions or desires clouding my judgment.
Once my inspection is complete I will furnish you a written report with detailed photos of my findings. If I can inspect the property in the morning your report is typically available that afternoon. I can email your report directly to you for the quickest service.
All reports are treated confidentially and the results of the inspection are revealed only to you unless you request otherwise. The owner of the property is not furnished a copy of the report unless you, the client ask for it to be.
