Stefanie Lee McGuire is the Proprietor & Artistic Director of SLM Studio. She is a Licensed Kindermusik Educator and has been teaching music in the Tuscaloosa area for over 15 years. Stefanie previously taught music in the Tuscaloosa County School system and with the Arts Council of Tuscaloosa.
Stefaniehas had a passion for music her entire life. Her musical training began at the age of ten when she began studying piano. Throughout her school years, Stefanie served as a church pianist and soloist which eventually led to the decision to major in music.
Stefanie is an alumnus of the University of Alabama where she majored in vocal performance and minored in theatre. She has performed with Theatre Tuscaloosa in many of their productions over the years. She is a member of First Baptist Church where she serves as a member of the worship choir, praise team, soloist and as a childrens choir director. Stefanie is married and is the proud mother of two beautiful daughters.
