What type of church is Crosshaven? Crosshaven is a Christ-centered Church with a biblically focused and passionate way of doing things. We believe that Jesus should be the focus of everything that we do (church is not about a denomination or about what you wear or about what you sing or about who you know). It should all simply be about Jesus Christ and we believe that to the core. So, at Crosshaven, you will find that the Bible is taught as it is (God's unchanging Word). You will also experience cutting edge worship music led by the Crosshaven Worship Band (our music reflects the worship music that you hear on contemporary Christian radio stations - i.e. Chris Tomlin, Hillsong, Casting Crowns, Steve Fee, Passion, etc... Drama and audio/visual inserts are also tools that we use to get the message of God's Word on the hearts of people in our worship services each week. We hope that after meeting with God each time the body of believers comes together that we all leave much different than when we came. If we don't then we have missed the point.

Is there something for everyone? Yes. We have a mix of all ages and ministries that are designed for every member of the family.

What is the vision and what are the goals of Crosshaven? The vision of Crosshaven Church is to grow and share our passion for Christ through worship, evangelism, discipleship, ministry, and fellowship. The goals of Crosshaven are numerous and ever-changing, but one thing remains constant, honoring Christ in everything. We desire to do whatever it takes to share the love of Christ with people in our community. Our goal always has been and always will be to get outside the walls of the church and share Jesus with people in a real and passionate way. We'll be innovative and we'll be creative, but we'll always be biblical.

What is the history and future of Crosshaven? The history of Crosshaven Church is short, but full of God's great blessings. Crosshaven was founded on February 15, 2004. There were 68 people at our first service and God has grown the church tremendously since then. Crosshaven now has over 600 members. We have had the great experience of being a part of God's work. Many lives have been saved and many lives have been changed.

After meeting in several temporary locations and settling in for over a year in the Hanceville National Guard Armory, Crosshaven eventually bought 14 acres of property on Hwy. 31 between Cullman and Hanceville, AL and built it's first on-campus facility (this facility is the 1st phase of a 3-phase plan)... Phase 2 is is now complete with the addition of preschool ministry, children's ministry and youth ministry space.

Crosshaven's future is bright as we seek to utilize all of our property for ministry, eventually help plant other churches, and fulfill the calling that Christ has given us to be missionaries here and abroad.
