Since 1979 we have focused our attention on helping students pass the real estate exam. We have an excellent reputation in getting our graduates through the exam successfully. If a student does fail (it happens) to pass the exam the first time, he/she (at no additional charge) may continue to attend our classes until he/she does pass- up to one year!!

The Alabama Real Estate Commission requires a student to attend 90% of class, which means you must attend all required classes. You may attend any class you miss, at any of our locations to satisfy this requirement. We offer classes continuously (you can start at any time), in Huntsville, Decatur, Athens, and Guntersville. You may attend any or all of the classes within one year at no additional charge.

We offer numerous classes, so you can fulfill requirements without undue delay! We have more than eight certified instructors, the only school in North Alabama and one of the few schools in the state to have such a large staff to better serve our students.
