Theodore L. Hall has been a member of the Alabama State Bar since 1973, and has practiced law in Mobile during that entire time. For over 20 years, Mr. Hall was also a member of the panel of Chapter 7 Trustees, and brings a unique perspective to his representation of debtors as a result. Mr. Hall regularly teaches bankruptcy law topics at seminars to attorneys for Continuing Legal Education requirements for the State Bar.
Mr. Hall is a member of the Bankruptcy Sections of the Alabama State Bar and the Mobile Bar Association, and of NACBAthe National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. He graduated cum laude from the University of South Alabama in 1970 and from the University of Michigan Law School in 1973.

Next, there is www.moranlaw.net, the website of a consumer bankruptcy lawyer located in San Francisco who has posted very good information about consumer bankruptcy issues on the internet.
These are websites for the government agencies which will be charged with duties associated with processing your bankruptcy case, should you decide to seek bankruptcy relief:
First, www.alsb.uscourts.gov. This is the official website for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Alabama. Generally, this Court serves Southwest Alabama. I am licensed to practice before this Court, and this is where our office files bankruptcy cases for clients.
Second, www.alsba.uscourts.gov, the official website for the Bankruptcy Administrator who serves the Southern District of Alabama. This office oversees the administration of bankruptcy cases in southwest Alabama. You can find a list of approved credit counseling agencies at this website.
There is www.abiworld.org, the website for the American Bankruptcy Institute, the premiere bankruptcy organization in the United States. Visit the Consumer Education Center at this website for more sound general information about bankruptcy.
Then, theres www.nacba.com, the website for NACBA, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. NACBA proudly bills itself as the only national organization dedicated to serving the needs of consumer bankruptcy attorneys and protecting the rights of consumer debtors in bankruptcy.
